In order to increase the level of competitiveness of the company, it is necessary to boost capacity and create a competitive advantage which is reflected in the speed and quality of service in this business. The speed and quality of service will be significantly improved by purchasing an information and communication software solution, which will enable extras database management, customer management, sales management and project management and implementation. The implementation of this project will enable healthy growth and development of the company and it will strengthen the market position because the speed and quality of service will result in an increase in the number of projects per year, total revenue, sales revenue and the number of employees. The project encompasses the following activities:
The objective of the project in question is to improve internal processes in order to increase the speed and quality of service by purchasing a new specialized software solution, which will enable extras database management, customer management and sales management. This directly affects the process of logistics, procurement, sales, marketing, strategic planning, risk management, as well as finance and accounting.
The specific objectives of the project are:
– strengthening the company’s market position;
– increasing the number of projects per year;
– increasing the company’s total revenue;
– increasing sales revenue by more than 12%;
– increasing sales revenue in domestic and foreign markets;
– increasing the number of employees.
The sustainability of the results after the completion of the project will be realized in several different aspects:
