Serena pro is an agency that organizes castings for extras and actors, amateurs and professionals both, thus providing talent for projects like TV commercials and films.
In this business, we are the leading company in Croatia with c. 150 projects a year for domestic and foreign clients alike.
What does the agency do?
The potential client (be it the production directly, end client or a foreign casting manager) contacts Serena pro with a casting request.
We acquire all the casting-related information (character descriptions, fees, casting filming and shooting mode, technical information concerning image processing and editing, as well as the deadline for submitting the material). Before the casting itself, we send the client a written offer based on acquired information. We begin working upon receiving a confirmation of the offer.
After the casting is finished, we help with the direct communication between the production and the person that was cast. Both sides sign contracts before the shooting starts in order for the client to ensure that the actor will be present on set.
Serena pro casts extras for TV commercials, films and series by a similar principle. All that the client has to do is contact us by phone or e-mail and state their request (the required number of extras, their age, sex…).
Before we begin, we send an offer based on the client’s abilities and the scope of the project.
We always strive to satisfy both parties – in this case, the client and the extra.
We do not organize castings when we are in the process of gathering extras, but send photos to the client if required in order for him to know who will arrive on set.
What is our approach to actors and extras?

- Rule Book
It is extremely important for a new member to read the Rule Book where she/he will learn about working with our company and behaving in this business. In addition, the Rule Book is where new members can find out about payment for a job done.
The Rule Book has to be signed when a new member signs up. It is a credible document through which Serena pro informs the future member of all the facts and information she/he needs to know.

After reading the Rule Book, the future member has to fill out the Application and bring it with her/him to the sign up.
Sign up events are organized once every month. To participate, you need to send an e-mail to email@example.com. The e-mail needs to contain the following:
Name and last name
A couple of days before the sign up, you will receive information about the time and place of the event.
If the future member does not show up, Serena pro will think of her/him as uninterested and will not invite her/him to the next sign up.
In conclusion, it is important for us to point out that the relationship with our clients is of utmost importance to us, but we are happy to protect our members as well. This is the reason for designing the Rule Book – Serena’s Bible, by which you become a member of our company and together with our team represent Serena to our clients in a favourable light.
